about
Organic Flow Retreats was founded by Autumn and Sandi, two best friends who first met in Sweden and bonded over their shared love of vegan food, yoga, and ice bathing.
Driven by our desire to create experiences that help reconnect people with themselves, nature, and community, we combined our passions to start Organic Flow seven years ago. Since then, we’ve hosted six Wild Winter Retreats in Sweden and facilitated workshops across Europe, always staying true to our core values of mindful movement, nourishing food, and connection to the local land.
Organic - because we value and respect the land, the soil, and the food it provides. Our retreats are built around this connection; we strive to use 100% organic food and seasonal where possible that nourishes both people and planet. Food is central to our experiences, honouring where it comes from and how it brings us together in a delicious way.
Flow - represents movement, playfulness, and presence. Yoga and intuitive movement are at the heart of our retreats, helping you reconnect with your body and breath. Water also plays a key role - whether it’s through cold water swims, lakeside meditations, summer swimming, surfing.

Our Team
Sandrina
Co-founderI aim to create an atmosphere of warmth and kindness in my yoga classes - always stepping into them with a positive energy and a soft enthusiasm to guide you through your own journey. Blending mindful meditation with strong yet fluid movement, and always a good laugh.
Trained in Synergy Yoga, which combines yoga, physiotherapy, and dance, I focus on moving from the core, natural breathing, and gentle stretching, making my classes accessible and healing for everybody.
Guiding cold-water bathing experiences is another passion of mine ~ moments of pure presence and a deep sense of mental strength that leave you sparking with clarity, energy, and joy.
In every class I teach, I love to incorporate insights from tantric practices opening space for a deeper connection, and awareness of yourself.

Food, movement, and connection are at the heart of what I do. I’m a vegan chef who loves working with seasonal, organic produce to create meals that are a celebration of plants and full of flavour. I also spend part of the year on an organic farm in France, learning more about soil health and sustainable growing practices. I love growing vegetables, nothing beats the taste of homegrown food.
As a yoga teacher, my focus is on helping people connect with their bodies, their breath, and the present moment. My classes are creative and down to earth, blending movement with moments of stillness to listen to the body. I am trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Pranayama, so I create a range of classes from creative vinyasa to calming yin. I often weave in pranayama, breathwork and poetry to invite reflection and calm.
I’m looking forward to sharing this retreat with you, creating space for connection, learning, and joy.

OUR VALUES
At Organic Flow, we design our retreats to nurture the well-being of our guests, the environment, our collaborators, and ourselves. Our five core values guide every decision we make:
PLACE-BASED
We believe in connecting to the place we’re in - not just visiting. By rooting into the local environment, we aim to positively impact the well-being of our guests, the community, and nature. Each retreat weaves in:
- Local traditions
- Regional and seasonal food
- Unique experiences that reflect the area
This approach ensures that every retreat is deeply connected to its location, offering you a truly authentic experience each time.
vegan
For the planet and for well-being, we celebrate a plant-based approach to food. Vegan eating reduces our carbon footprint and supports sustainability while nourishing our bodies. This isn’t about restriction, it’s about embracing a mindful, flavourful way of eating that benefits both people and the planet.
We’re not here to convert you. Instead, we’d love to inspire you to explore the joy and abundance of plant-based eating.
INCLUSIVE
We strive to create retreats that are accessible to everyone... all ages, all genders, yogis, and non-yogis alike. Our retreats are spaces where you can share stories, learn from each other, and feel supported by a like-minded community. Nothing is a must, and everything flows naturally.
organic
For the health of the earth and the body, we choose organic food.
The Earth : Organic farming respects the soil, which is essential for life on Earth and helps store carbon to fight climate change.
Our Bodies :Organic food is grown without harmful pesticides, making it more nutrient-dense and healthier for you.
Healthy soil creates healthy food, and that’s something we deeply care about.
Well-being
Well-being is at the heart of everything we do. We prioritise the well-being of:
Our guests : Helping you reconnect with yourself and leave feeling nourished.
The environment : Acting with care for the land and its resources.
Our collaborators : Supporting the local community and creating meaningful partnerships.
Ourselves : Ensuring our work aligns with our values and purpose.
